Provided units are brand new and uninstalled, you can return all items purchased from MayaBath.com within 20 days from ship date when it leaves our warehouse.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it, including any shrink wrap, tape and foam. This will help prevent damages back to us.  For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your Credit Card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. For refunds on purchases made with a Credit Card, we will issue a credit to the same Credit Card used to make the purchase. If you paid using Check, the refund will be made out to you using a Company Check.
