Cancellation & Return Policy for Maya Bath Products

We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled.  Refunds will have deductions for all shipping costs (including initial shipping cost to customer) and a restocking fee of 15%.

The grace period to return a product is 20 calendar days from when the product is delivered to your location.

The product must be in its original condition including packaging materials, crates, boxes and all pamphlets. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including initial shipping cost to customer); those charges will be deducted from your refund. 

The product should be returned in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.

We will provide a refund minus the shipping costs in the same manner the order was placed.  If you purchased with a credit card, you will be refunded on the same card.

Buyers are responsible to check with their local inspector to make sure these units can be installed in their area and it is a buyer's responsibility to review the spec sheets prior to their purchase.
