Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How fast do you ship orders?
A:  Usually within 1 - 3 business days.

Q:  When will I receive tracking for my order?
A:  As soon as your order ships out.

Q:  How long will my order take to arrive?
A:   Usually between 3-10 business days depending on the weight and size of the product, what shipping method is used and your exact location. If your item is a special order or on backorder it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case.

Q:  Which courier will deliver my package?
A:  We ship smaller items via UPS, Fedex and USPS. It usually depends on the size of your package.  Our larger, heavier products are shipped via LTL freight carriers (Less Than Truckload).

Q:  Do you offer free shipping?
A:  Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the continental 48 states.  Rare exceptions may be exist, but will be clearly noted in the description.

Q:  Do you ship internationally?
A:  At this time we don't offer international shipping.

Q:  Do you charge sales tax?
A:  We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses.

Q:  What is the best way to contact you?
A:  You are welcome to call the phone # below, but as a general rule the best way to find out more information is to email us at sales@bathreserve.com.  We generally respond to email very quickly--an hour or two at the most under normal circumstances.

Q:  Do you have a showroom?
A:  We operate out of an office in Northern California.  At this time we are not set up as a showroom. Our entire catalog selection is online. We have warehouse locations across the USA where products ship from.
